Fast Food or Slow Food: Climate Tour at RPM Hildesheim

How do our daily food decisions influence global developments? The free climate tour at the Roemer- und Pelizaeus-Museum Hildesheim on October 15, 2026, will focus on regional and seasonal nutrition, CO2 emissions, and sustainable consumption. Rather than passively listening, participants will discuss the connections that begin in everyday life and have global repercussions.

Everyday Life Meets Global Responsibility

A quick snack, imported food, or seasonal products from the region exemplify decisions that reach far beyond one's own plate. The dialogical museum tour makes these connections understandable and invites participants to critically, openly, and without a raised finger observe their own habits.

Join the Discussion, Reflect, and Act Differently

The focus is on exchange. Young people from 15 years old and adults will have space for questions, perspectives, and discussions around climate protection and nutrition. The tour combines clear communication with cultural education and makes global challenges tangible in the museum space.
